Maine Driving School
The program consists
of 30 hours of classroom instruction and 10 hours of behind-the-wheel
training.
AAA Driving School and its instructors have met all Maine licensing requirements and are duly certified. All AAA Driving School vehicles are equipped with a dual brake and maintained by the AAA Car Care Center.
AAA Driving School is committed to quality driver education. Class size is limited so please register early.
Parent Orientation: Prior to each class
AAA Driving School require that you and your new driver attend an
orientation class. This class is designed to provide you with a course
overview, and pertinent information as well as address any questions
or concerns you may have. You and your teen will also receive materials
helpful in preparing for this important life step.
Parent
Involvement: As behind-the-wheel lessons cannot begin
until certain topics are covered in the classroom, and as
our program
is set apart from others by the integration of classroom
and behind-the-wheel lessons, it is critical to make sure
your
teen schedules driving time each week. We ask that you encourage
your teen to prepare in order to ensure a successful result
and maximum benefit from the program. Our goal is to have
each student complete two one-hour-in-car lessons per week.
